Service Provided

PerfCache (“we”, “us”) provides a global content-delivery proxy and edge cache for FiveM game servers. We do not host game content; we proxy and cache files served by your origin server through Cloudflare's edge network.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PerfCache to distribute illegal content, infringing material, or content that violates Cloudflare's or FiveM's terms. We may suspend any account engaged in abuse without notice.

Accounts

Accounts are created via OAuth (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your adhesive_cdnKey private.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, origin downtime, and force-majeure events may cause outages.

Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Refund Policy

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours all sales are final and you may cancel future renewals at any time from the billing page.
